Self-service password reset allows users to reset their own password using their e-mail or phone number. It works by sending a six digit code to the registered e-mail or phone number, where the user then enters the code to reset their password.

 

1. Navigate to office.com, select Sign in.

2. Please enter your college e-mail. This would be your student number at student.wmcollege.ac.uk. Press Next.

3. Select Forgotten my password?

4. Enter the security characters in the picture (in this case Gp6dG3XM). See the following two screenshots.

5. Select I’ve forgotten my password. Press Next.

6. Please enter your registered phone number or e-mail. A six digit code will be sent.

7. Press Text button.

8. Please enter the code sent to your phone number (or e-mail). Press Next.

9. Please enter your new password and confirm it. The password must contain a minimum of eight characters, including three of four characters. A number, a capital letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character. Press Finish.

10. You have successfully reset your password.
