The Learner Services team can advise you on a range of services available to you: 

• Information, advice and guidance about courses available at the College 
• Course fees, concessions, payments and refunds 
• Enrolment and Course transfers 
• Fees, funding and financial support (College Fee Support/Learner Financial Support Fund) 
• Change of personal details 
• 16-18 Discretionary and Vulnerable Bursary Schemes 
• Advanced Learners Loans and Bursary 
• Care to Learn (to assist young parents aged 20 or under with childcare costs) 
• Support with travel

We can also advise you on who to speak to if you need specific advice about:  

• Careers & Employability 
• Additional Learning Support for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities 
• Digital Support

We are also there to get the right help for you if there is a safeguarding concern, someone requires first aid or any other type of matter that requires urgent assistance.
