Job Description
- Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
- Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
- The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
- Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our bustling kitchen team in London, United Kingdom. As a vital member of our culinary operation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth workflow for our chefs and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff
- Ensure proper storage and organisation of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing various tasks
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock
- Perform regular deep cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment

Qualifications
