This is a fantastic opportunity to experience life in the transportation sector. Transport For London (TfL) is working with FM Conway,Cubic International, Glenman and Tarmac\Kier (TKJV) who are involved in some of the biggest projects in Europe.
The programme will offer a short four week pre-employment course to give candidates valuable knowledge of the transport and engineering sector and how to apply for opportunities in these companies. This includes two weeks of work experience to understand the roles that will be available at the end of the course.
We are looking for people interested in the following fields:
Reception – Business Administration – Civil Engineering – Project Management – Learning & Development – Quantity Surveying – Marketing Coordinator – Track Engineering (Signalling) –- Field Service Technician – Multiple Engineering Roles.
When will the programme run?
· Information day for candidates – 9th April 2024.
· Training – Week Commencing – Monday 22nd April 2024.
· SmartWorks Skills Coaching – Wednesday 1st May 2024.
· Work Experience – Week Commencing – Tuesday 7th May 2024.
· Next steps event – Tuesday 21st May 2024.
· Selected candidates will be expected to attend all 4 weeks of the programme.
