Ever wondered how mind-blowing, immersive cultural spectacles are actually built? Now’s your chance to find out. We are opening our doors at Lightroom for an action-packed, work shadowing experience. You’ll get a front-row seat to see how an elite creative venue operates, watching our systems in action and meeting the teams who make the magic happen.

What you’ll be doing:

Over 24/48 hours, you will rotate through the core engines of our business to see how they connect:

  • Creative & Lighting: Peek behind the curtain to see how world-class projection mapping and tech systems bring giant stories to life.
  • Social Media & Marketing: See how we capture the vibe of the venue, build hype, and connect with massive global audiences.
  • Business & Finance: Understand the real-world engines that fund, plan, and sustain mega-scale cultural events.

Who are you:

This opportunity is designed specifically for someone who is genuinely passionate about entering the arts, creative industries, culture, fashion, or theatre. We don’t expect you to be an industry expert yet—but you must have a burning curiosity, an enthusiastic attitude, and a real love for the creative world!

Skills You Need Before Day 1:

  • Listening | Step 7: You show you are actively listening by using great eye contact and positive body language when meeting new teams.
  • Problem Solving | Step 4: You know how to find and dig up helpful information to get a clear grip on a new challenge.
  • Teamwork | Step 7: You feel comfortable working alongside others to complete a joint task or project.
  • Planning | Step 6: You can take a simple project or goal and break it down into smaller, clear steps.

  • Creativity | Step 6: You’ll learn how our teams combine completely different ideas to create new, better creative campaigns.
  • Speaking | Step 11: You’ll build confidence in speaking engagingly by watching how professionals use facts, data, and visuals to pitch ideas.
  • Adapting | Step 6: You’ll see how live venues handle unexpected setbacks and learn how to support a team through rapid changes.
  • Leadership | Step 9: You’ll see project managers in action, learning how they assign tasks to team members based on individual strengths
