TfL’s Women into Transportation & Engineering (WiTnE) Programme is a 4-week pre-employment programme for women aged 18+ who are eligible to work in the UK and interested in building a career in the transport and engineering sector.
Delivered by TfL in partnership with leading employers including First Rail London, GTS, Mott MacDonald and Yunex.
The programme provides:
- Industry training and employability support
- Two weeks of work experience
- CV and interview preparation
- Access to job and apprenticeship opportunities
TFL are looking for people interested in the following fields:
- Civil Engineering
- Customer Service
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- IT
- Quantity Surveyors
