This bespoke programme is designed to support participants into matchday stewarding opportunities at Emirates Stadium, combining employability support with hands-on stewarding training.
Programme Overview
- Start Date: 12th January 2026
- Duration: 3 weeks
- Eligibility: 18+
- Attendance requirement: Participants must attend all sessions to complete the course, gain their L2 qualification and secure a guaranteed interview with our stadium management team
What the Programme Includes
- One-to-one employment support
- CV writing, Cover letters and application support
- Interview preparation
- Emergency First Aid
- Level 2 Stewarding qualification

Key quality we’re looking for:
The most important quality we look for in stewards is communication. Stewards must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with fans and colleagues across the club. If a steward can communicate well, we can teach them everything else.
