Please find below an overview of our Arsenal Stewarding Programme starting on January 12th January, developed in partnership with our Stadium Management team. This bespoke programme is designed to support participants into matchday stewarding opportunities at Emirates Stadium, combining employability support with hands-on stewarding training.

Programme Overview

  • Start Date: 12th January 2026
  • Duration: 3 weeks
  • Eligibility: 18+
  • Attendance requirement: Participants must attend all sessions to complete the course, gain their L2 qualification and secure a guaranteed interview with our stadium management team

  • One-to-one employment support
  • CV writing, Cover letters and application support
  • Interview preparation
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Level 2 Stewarding qualification

Key quality we’re looking for:

The most important quality we look for in stewards is communication. Stewards must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with fans and colleagues across the club. If a steward can communicate well, we can teach them everything else.
