About the Role: As a Supporter Services Matchday Casual, you’ll be the face of the club on matchdays, assisting fans with ticketing, membership queries, and general support across various stadium positions such as turnstiles, box offices, and customer service points. It’s a great role for those who enjoy engaging with people and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
