Market Assistant at Kings Cross, Lower Stable Street – freelance

 Market Assistant. Shifts between 9am- 8pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (+Bank holiday Mondays)

Salary: Starting from £13.85 per hour

Location: Kings Cross, Lower Stable Street

Contract: Freelance/ 0-hour

Market Assistant:

Assists the Market Supervisor, setting up the market and supporting the market traders and visitors with general queries.

Responsibilities include:

• supporting the market supervisor with setting up the market, including electrical installation and other equipment
• supporting with health and safety and security compliance
• ensuring high standards of cleanliness and visual appearance
• Supporting wit queries from the onsite Market Assistants
• supporting market traders
• ensuring a positive visitor experience

Requirements:

• This role requires you to be outside in all weathers
• This role also requires you to be on your feet the entirety of your shift
