Salary: Competitive hourly rates: £13.95 – £20.00

Location: Multiple locations across Camden and Islington

Essentials: 2 years experience in a similar role or qualifications related to the role.

Prior to onboarding an enhanced dbs check will be processed and 2 references need to be provided.

Support may be provided in various settings, including:

  • Service users’ homes
  • Supported living environments
  • Health and social care settings
  • Community-based activities
  • Domiciliary care

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with healthcare needs, including routine checks and medication administration
  • Provide physical support, including personal care and household tasks
  • Encourage personal development through hobbies and interests
  • Teach essential life skills such as shopping, using public transport, and managing finances

  • Reliability and strong time management
  • Compassion and a genuine desire to help others
  • Commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in challenging situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Patience, emotional resilience, and empathy

Desirable Experience & Training We welcome applicants with experience or training in any of the following areas:

  • Manual Handling / Hoist
  • First Aid
  • Epilepsy Awareness
  • Medication Administration
  • PEG Feeding
  • BI PAP Ventilation
  • Autism Support
  • Managing Challenging Behaviour
  • Safeguarding Children and Adults
