The Opportunity

Tom Dixon is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join their flagship London showroom. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury retail, furniture or lighting sales who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships.

You’ll be a key ambassador for the brand, helping customers discover products, providing expert advice and ensuring the showroom always reflects the high standards of the Tom Dixon name.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, engaging and personalised shopping experience.
• Offer expert product advice and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and showroom appointments.
• Process customer purchases and support the ordering, delivery and after-sales process.
• Assist with receiving, tracking and dispatching customer orders.
• Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom in line with brand standards.
• Support stock management activities, including deliveries, stock checks and maintaining an organised stockroom.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, knowledgeable and respectful communication.
• Contribute positively to the showroom team and uphold Tom Dixon’s company values.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about design, interiors and customer experience, with the confidence to build rapport and drive sales.

You will have:

• Previous retail sales experience within furniture, lighting or a related interiors sector.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in design, interiors, furniture or lighting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A professional, polished and well-presented manner.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
