All non-teaching staff will be auto-enrolled into the Aviva Pension and all teaching staff into Teachers’ Pension.
Teachers' Pensions
If you wish to discuss your pension you can call Teacher’s Pensions contact centre on 0345 6066166 (Mon-Fri 8.30-6.00) who will be able to answer any queries you might have and explain a members options, how they calculate their pensions etc. Unfortunately they cannot give any financial advice, Teacher’s Pensions always encourage members to speak to an Independent financial advisor in these matters.
Teacher’s Pensions recently started hosting member presentations, live on Microsoft Teams. You will be able to register onto your preferred event yourself and dial in individually. Here is the link with the upcoming virtual sessions https://bookwhen.com/teacherspensionsmemberpresentations#focus=ev-slra-20221020160000
Below is a recorded version of a member presentation for those who can’t attend the virtual sessions.
Another way you can obtain information about your pension would be to register for the ‘My Pension Online’ https://www.teacherspensions.co.uk/members/new-starter/what-is-my-pension-online.aspx facility on the website where you can view details about your pension.
