Voluntary Action Camden (VAC) are recruiting a temporary support worker to join the VAC Community Links Team until 31st March 2027. Community Links is the access point to the Camden Care Navigation and Social Prescribing Service delivered with our partners Age UK Camden. This position is temporary for one day per week (7.5hrs), but if our project and funding situation changes we may be able to increase the hours and / or contract time limits.
